Katy, Texas Meteor 8:45 PM CST 30OCT2011
All, Out walking the dog in Katy Texas, near Highway 99 and Fry Road intersection, and saw a bright blue meteor streak lasting about 2 seconds. It came from the east heading due west. Much brighter than Vega/Altair or even the planets. The center of the bright blue area was greater in diameter than the streaked path by a factor of 3X to 4X and the
